Welcome to The Mentor Group Academy ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://academy.mentorgroup.asia (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all information entered during the checkout process - including but not limited to shipping address, billing address, and email address - is accurate and complete.

If you believe you have entered an incorrect email address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mentorgroup.asia so we can attempt to correct it before your order is processed or fulfilled. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been confirmed or shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, unless otherwise stated. We use PayPal to process payments securely.

4. Access to Digital Content and Course Delivery

All courses and materials offered through the Site are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, access will be granted via account link sent on email within a few minutes of order confirmation.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and compatible device to access course content. We are not responsible for access issues caused by:

  • An incorrect email address entered at checkout (see Section 2.1);

  • Customer-side technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, browser compatibility, or device limitations;

  • Spam or junk filters blocking delivery of access emails.

Access to course content may be time-limited, subject to the terms of the specific course purchased, and is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property
